Due to its delicate coconut taste is ideal for preparing coffee, desserts, curries and sauces, vegetable soups, smoothies, sweet puddings and ice cream.
You can simply add water to coconut milk powder to create liquid milk. Depending on the amount of water, you can create milk or thicker cream.
It is a delicate natural product that does not contain gluten or lactose.
It is gently prepared by pressing the coconut pulp and subsequent dehydration to a powder.
Idea:Mix 2 Tbsp coconut milk powder with 1tsp cacao powder, add some of our coconut sugar (pure, vanilla or cinnamon) depending to your taste buds and you get best and most delicious all-day drink.
