Ingredients

Plantago Leaf 20%, Thyme 20%, Scots Pine Needles 20%, Mallow Leaf and Flower 20%, Ginger 10%, Liquorice 10%

Directions

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup, or approximately 3 teaspoons per day. Place the herbs in a teapot, large mug or flask, add boiling water and allow to steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain. It can be enjoyed hot or cold and can also be added to juices, smoothies or protein shakes
