Ingredients

Hawthorn 20%, Wild Oat Straw 20%, Limeflowers 15%, Alfalfa 15%, Chamomile 15%, Rose Flowers 15%

Directions

  • Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup, or 3 teaspoons per day.

  • Place in a teapot, large mug, or flask.

  • Add boiling water (at least 1 pint if preparing a full daily dose).

  • Allow to steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.

  • Drink throughout the day (hot or cold) for maximum benefit.

  • May also be added to juices, smoothies, or protein shakes.
