Ingredients

Fenugreek 20%, Verbena 20%, Raspberry Leaves 15%, Wild Oat Straw 15%, Chamomile 15%, Fennel 15%

Directions

  • Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup (or 3 teaspoons per day)

  • Place in a teapot, large mug, or flask

  • Add boiling water (at least 1 pint for full daily dose)

  • Steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain

  • Enjoy hot or cold throughout the day
