Natural sweetener combining stevia and erythritol. Erylite (Erythritol) is created via a fermentation process. Stevia can be quite bitter so the addition of Erythritol helps to neutralise the bitter taste. Erythritol is found naturally in honey, grapes, sugar beet and melon. As it’s less sweet than table sugar, we combine it with Stevia, which is much sweeter than sugar. (Stevia is also a naturally derived sweetener, extracted from the Stevia plant.) 

Stevia Erylite doesn’t influence blood sugar levels and is suitable for those following low-glycemic eating plans, and anyone seeking a naturally-derived sugar alternative. Unlike artificial sweeteners, it doesn't disrupt good gut bacteria.
