Traditionally, castor oil packs are used as part of wellness rituals, with users applying them to areas such as the abdomen or lower back.

Common uses

The pack can be wrapped around areas such as:

• Abdomen

It is intended for use with castor oil (sold separately).

• Apply a small amount of castor oil on the compress so that it is evenly soaked (but not dripping).
• Apply the compress to the area.
• Lie down comfortably and allow yourself time for relaxation and tranquillity.
• Stay in this position for 30–60 minutes, e.g. while reading, listening to music or meditating.
• Once finished, remove the wrap and gently cleanse your skin if you feel the need.
