Our Mood+ formula contains 15 diverse live bacteria strains that survive stomach acid and bile. Every serving (2 capsules) contains 310 mg of ashwagandha that has adaptogenic properties, which may support your mood.

Includes L. helveticus R0052 and B. longum R0175 probiotics to help support emotional well-being.

Adults take 2 softgels daily. May be taken with or without food. Capsules can be opened. Contents can be taken with water or juice. Not intended for children.
