Giant Cous Cous, also known as Maftoul, is a traditional Middle Eastern grain made from rolled and toasted wheat. Larger and more substantial than regular cous cous, Maftoul has a wonderfully fluffy texture and nutty, wholesome flavour, making it a versatile base for salads, stews and hearty family meals.

Maftoul is easy to prepare and can be cooked much like other grains. Follow the pack instructions for the recommended cooking time and liquid ratio.
