Complete Omegas blends the essential omega 3 and 6 fats which must be sourced from the diet or supplementation, along with omegas 7 and 9. The key omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, contribute to many aspects of cardiovascular health. DHA is also needed for healthy vision and brain function. This balanced blend provides omega 3 fats in triglyceride form from cold-pressed, unrefined & filtered oils from wild sardines, anchovies and mackerel.

Ingredients

Fish oil [providing minimum 32% eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and minimum 22% docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)] (antioxidant: mixed tocopherols), capsule: gelatine (bovine), glycerine; starflower oil (borage) minimum 22% gamma linolenic acid (GLA), virgin olive oil, sea buckthorn oil, antioxidant: d-alpha tocopherol. Our fish oil is scrupulously screened for PCBs and other pollutants to ensure the highest standard of purity possible.
Our borage oil is free from pyrrolizidine alkaloids.
Four capsules typically provide:
EPA minimum 680mg
DHA minimum 480mg
GLA (from borage oil) minimum 180mg
Palmitoleic acid (omega 7) minimum 43mg
(from sea buckthorn oil)
Oleic acid (omega 9) minimum 112mg
(from virgin olive and sea buckthorn oils)
Directions

Adults take 4 -6 capsules a day with meals. Children over 13 years take 2 capsules a day with meals.
