Methylsulfonylmethane is a sulphur compound whose name is - unsurprisingly - commonly shortened to MSM!

MSM is one of the major building blocks of glycosaminoglycans, key structural components of cartilage which coats the bony surfaces in our joints and serves as cushioning in the joint, allowing smooth, comfortable movement. For this reason, MSM is commonly taken alongside glucosamine to support healthy joints. Sulphur is also needed for healthy liver detoxification and for the production of the amino acid cysteine which in turn is a building block of keratin, the key component of our skin, hair and nails.

Higher Nature's MSM tablets provide a potent 1000mg and is free from dairy, gluten, artificial flavours and sugar.
