Theanine is an amino acid found in green tea that can help promote a state of ‘alert relaxation’ by increasing alpha waves in the brain. It can encourage concentration, alertness and learning, whilst leaving you feeling relaxed and calm, without any drowsiness. Can be used at any time of the day. 

One (1) capsules provides: 100mg Theanine. Also contains: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (carrageenan, pectin), cellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Take 1-2 capsules a day (children over 8 years, 1 capsule a day), between meals.
