The Himalayan Salt Inhaler is a simple and natural way to make a difference to your health. It is a dry salt inhaler using the benefit of ancient salt cave therapy to help maintain optimum respiratory function and help you breathe easier. 

A Himalayan salt inhaler may help with the following symptoms:

  • allergies such as hayfever

  • irritation caused by pollution and smoking.

The salt provided is effective for a period of 2 years. After that, it can be refilled with Himalayan crystal salt.

Directions

Recommended use is for 15-20 minutes a day- eg 3 x 5-minute sessions.

Place the inhaler into your mouth and inhale normally, exhaling through your nose, taking care not to breathe back into the pipe.
