Spelt is an ancient grain that is naturally high in soluble dietary fibre, B-complex vitamins, and both simple and complex carbohydrates and is a good source of protein.  Easily digestible, this filling porridge is packed with the goodness of the whole grain which has been gently unlocked with heat and moisture, ready for your baby’s growing needs. Due to the high fibre content this super porridge has stool softening properties.
