Copper has been used for centuries in traditional Ayurvedic practices. The neti pot is handcrafted from pure copper, offering durability, longevity and a naturally antimicrobial surface when properly cared for.
How to use
- Fill the neti pot with lukewarm distilled, sterile or previously boiled water that has cooled to a comfortable temperature.
- Add 3/4 tsp. of sea salt and mix well until fully dissolved.
- Lean over a sink, tilt your head to one side and gently insert the spout into the upper nostril.
- Allow the saline solution to flow naturally through the nasal passages and out of the opposite nostril.
- Breathe deeply through your mouth and allow the water to flow gently out of the opposite nostril.
- Remove any excess water with a couple of short, sharp exhales and repeat in the other nostril.
