Carefully chosen and immediately cold-processed to maintain its full benefits, this Matcha is cultivated 400 km south of Tokyo on pristine, pollution-free hills. The Gyokuro tea leaves are handpicked and stone-ground to create this exceptional powdered green tea, rich in antioxidants such as EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate). It offers a higher concentration of nutrients, minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants than regular green tea—one cup of this Matcha is equivalent to about ten cups of standard green tea.

Directions
To take full advantage of the properties of Iswari Matcha Powder, simply add a teaspoon of Matcha into a cup with a drop of hot water at about 80 °C(below the boiling point). Ideally, mix with a handheld milk frother or the traditional bamboo matcha whisk. Blend until evenly mixed and foamy. Then pour in the rest of the water, mix, and savour this ancient drink!
