Cacao Powder is made by simply cold pressing cacao beans at low temperatures in order to remove most of its fat content, and then grinding the resulting mass into a powder. It has a bitter taste, but combined with something even slightly sweet, and the magic occurs! Use to make raw chocolates, deserts, cakes, smoothies, sauces etc
