Our Cacao Powder is crafted by cold pressing cacao beans at low temperatures to remove most of the fat, then finely ground into a rich powder. Though naturally bitter, it transforms beautifully when paired with even a hint of sweetness. Perfect for creating raw chocolates, desserts, cakes, smoothies, sauces, and more. 

Cacao is rich in:

  • Magnesium
  • Iron
  • Endorphin-promoting nutrients such as anandamide and tryptophan which help us to feel good and stay connected.
  • Sulfur ("the beauty mineral")
  • Antioxidants (On ORAC the scale of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, raw cocoa has the highest concentration of antioxidants on the planet!)
