Ground teff*, rolled oats (gluten-free)*, textured pea Proteins*, carrot pieces*, oat flour (gluten-free)*, buckwheat seeds*, sunflower seeds*, nutritional yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae inactive, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (B7), folate (B9), cobalamin (B12) and zinc sulphate), ground Flax seeds*, tomato powder*, onion pieces*, fleur de sel, garlic powder* and black pepper*.

For 3 units: Mix 50g of the preparation with 50 ml of warm Water. Leave to hydrate for 15 minutes. Shape the burger into the desired size. Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook the burgers on both sides until crispy.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the burgers on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for around 20-25 minutes. Optional: Serve with hummus, salad and sweet potato fries.
