The Jan de Vries Relaxing Essence is a unique flower remedy containing a large mix of recognisable plants such as Dandelion, Oak, Elm and Bluebell. These flowers are based in brandy which turns them into an effective flower remedy. If you’re feeling worried, tense, anxious or irritable then the product will help you to unwind and relax. In turn, this should enable you to stay focused and productive rather than burning yourself out.
Ingredients
Grape alcohol (approx 27% ABV), infusions of Impatiens, Dandelion, Mimulus, Elm, Aspen, Oak, Bluebell, Vervain, Rock Water, Zinnia, Pine and Cerato.
Directions
Adults: 5 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Can be used at intervals up to six times daily if required.
Children (2-7 years): 3 drops in a little water 3 times daily.
Children (7-14 years): 4 drops in a little water 3 times daily.
This product is not recommended for children under 2 years of age
