Directions

  • Dissolve jelly crystals in 1 pint (568ml) of boiling water.

  • Stir until fully dissolved.

  • Pour into moulds or serving dishes.

  • Cool, then refrigerate until fully set.

  • Serve on its own or with fruit and dairy-free cream.

Makes 1 pint, serves 4.

raw cane sugar, gelling agents (carrageenan, locust bean gum), citric acid, natural strawberry flavour (0.9%), natural colour (beetroot red), acidity regulator (potassium citrate).
