Slippery Elm supports intestinal and digestive health by soothing the digestive tract and is a source of mucilage, which supports the mucous membranes. When applied externally, it is valued for its soothing and protective properties, helping to calm irritated skin, support wound healing, and relieve minor burns, rashes, and inflammation.

Ingredients

100% Organic Slippery Elm Powder (Ulmus fulva)

Directions

Internally: Mix 1 teaspoon with a small amount of water and dissolve into a thick paste. To reach desired consistency, continue to add water slowly while mixing. Best taken at night and take at least 2 hours before any medication.

Externally: Mix with water to form a paste and apply to the affected area. Do not apply to open wounds.
