Apply the toothpaste to your toothbrush and brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes. Brush your teeth at least twice a day.

For children under the age of 6, use a pea sized amount of toothpaste. An adult should supervise how much toothpaste the child is using. Children under 6 should not be left alone to clean their teeth.
