These tablets contain 1000mg of Vitamin C and are specially formulated to provide a gradual release in the body over a 2-6 hour period. Vitamin C helps to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise while contributing to normal energy production. It also plays a role in normal collagen formation for bone, cartilage, gum, teeth and skin health. Vitamin C contributes to normal psychological function and that of the nervous system.
