Nature's Answer Nettle Leaf—a concentrated extract from Urtica dioica, the remarkable stinging nettle plant. This perennial herb, native to Europe and North America, thrives in cool climates and boasts distinctive heart-shaped leaves with delicate yellow or pink blooms. The plant's distinctive name reflects its natural defence mechanism: tiny hairs on fresh leaves deliver a characteristic sting upon contact, derived from the Latin "uro," meaning "to burn."
