Red yeast rice, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose) and anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
Directions

1 capsule daily, ideally in the evening.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, children under 18, or adults over 70. Consult your doctor before use if you have any health conditions. Do not take if you are on cholesterol-lowering medication or using other products containing red yeast rice. Do not exceed 3 mg of monacolins from red yeast rice daily.
