The content of biotin and zinc helps maintain normal hair and normal skin. Zinc also helps to maintain normal nails. 

Directions

Take two gummies daily in connection with a meal. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not substitute a varied diet or healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose.
