Our Pure Vanilla Bean Paste is made by combining our famous Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract with real vanilla bean specks in a slightly viscous base. This means it has a rich vanilla flavour in a thick, molasses-like consistency.

Our Pure Vanilla Bean Paste can be used in any recipe that calls for vanilla extract. Use it when you want the added visual flair of vanilla bean specks, such as with crème brûlée, ice cream, and buttercream frosting.
