NOW Sunflower Lecithin contains the primary phospholipid, phosphatidylcholine, found in cell membranes. It also includes high levels of phosphatidyl inositol, phosphatidyl ethanolamine, and essential fatty acids. This supplement helps to emulsify fats, allowing them to mix with water. NOW Sunflower Lecithin Softgels are both soy-free and non-GMO.
