Description

Peppermint oil is traditionally used internally for the symptoms of IBS. Peppermint is antispasmodic so it can aid in stomach pains. Obbekjaers One A Day Peppermint Oil Capsules contain 200mg of peppermint oil in each capsule for a high strength dose. Take before meals.

Ingredients

200mg of pure oil of peppermint in sunflower seed oil base gelatine capsules.

Directions

Swallow 1 capsule daily before a meal. Up to 3 capsules can be taken daily if necessary for full effects.
