Moss Boss Tonic, is crafted locally using organic, sustainably sourced ingredients. With a core commitment to zero waste, we ensure our practices align with sustainability at every step.

Our organic ingredients are naturally packed with prebiotics, probiotics, essential minerals (such as magnesium, zinc, calcium, and iodine), antioxidants & many other incredible nutrients.

With Irish sea moss (carrageen), apple cider vinegar, turmeric, ginger and fennel

Directions 

For immune & gut maintenance, 50ml first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Ideally 30 mins before food. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.

For use when recovering from cold/flu/chest infection, 30ml 3 times a day before meals. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.

For children, 15ml- 20ml once a day mixed with good quality yoghurt or apple juice.

Our recipe has been developed by chefs in the West of Ireland and tested by life science labs in Ireland.
