Perfect Ted's matcha is organic and ceremonial grade made from the youngest, freshest tea leaves from the first harvest in the foothills of Uji, Japan. Uji is the region renowned for producing the world’s best matcha.
We keep our cacao unroasted to preserve the heat-sensitive polyphenols (healthy plant compounds), ensuring our chocolate stays nutrient-rich and full of flavour, as nature intended.
We only source cacao from cooperatives owned by farmers growing a variety of crops, never large monoculture plantations. Plus, we always pay above Fair Trade prices.
