We keep our cacao unroasted to preserve the heat-sensitive polyphenols (healthy plant compounds), ensuring our chocolate stays nutrient-rich and full of flavour, as nature intended.

We only source cacao from cooperatives owned by farmers growing a variety of crops, never large monoculture plantations. Plus, we always pay above Fair Trade prices.

This bar is refined sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, certified vegan, organic, and fair trade.
