Ingredients

Lithothamnion calcareuem (Red Marine Algae), Zinc citrate.

Directions

Take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) daily, dissolved in water, away from meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. This daily amount may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
