Brown rice retains many health-giving nutrients because it is less processed and contains significant amounts of fibre, B vitamins and minerals such as selenium and magnesium.

Remove paper ties. Bring water to a rolling boil and slowly submerge noodles. Bring back to the boil then reduce to medium heat. Cook for 5 – 6 minutes. Do not overcook! Drain and rinse well with cold water. Add to your ingredients or sauce.
