Experience the delicious fusion of Pasta Natura's Organic Gluten-Free Red Lentil Fusilli, hand-made and slow-dried in North Italy's Piedmont region. Featuring a blend of brown rice, red lentils, green peas, and chickpeas, this vibrant and flavorful pasta will elevate any meal.

Ingredients

Red Pasta - 50% Red Lentil Flour, 50% Brown Rice Flour

Green Pasta - 50% Green Pea Flour, 50% Brown Rice Flour

Yellow Pasta -50% Chickpea Flour, 50% Brown Rice Flour

Directions

Simply fill a pot with water (1lt water per 100g pasta) and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring it to a boil and sprinkle in some salt. Then, add the pasta and let it cook for the time indicated on the label, tasting it several times throughout the cooking process, especially towards the end, to ensure it is perfectly cooked to your liking.
