    Directions

    Take 1- 1.5 (7.5g) servings once or twice a day with or between meals. Our versatile marine collagen is easily soluble in hot and cold liquids.

    Mix with at least 200ml of water or juice or add to warm drinks such as coffee or ginger tea for a nourishing protein boost.
