D-Mannose can help ease the symptoms of UTI's and cystitis by reducing bacteria such as e.coli from adhering to the bladder walls. D-Mannose is a simple sugar molecule found naturally in fruits such as cranberries. It can also be used as a preventative especially for those prone to recurrent infections.

D-Mannose, Bulking Agents: Calcium Carbonate, Di Basic Calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose; Anti-caking Agents: Silica, Magnesium Stearate. One tablet will provide on average 1000mg of d-mannose.

Take one to three tablets up to six times a day, at three-hour intervals.
