Cooking Directions

• Bring a pan of water to the boil.

• Add the orzo and cook for 6–8 minutes, or until tender.

• Drain well and serve hot, or rinse with cold water if using in salads.

Try it cooked in a pre-prepped salad – just add tomatoes, olives, vegan cheese, and pesto. Or fry it in olive oil with garlic, tomatoes and shallots, add coconut milk and basil and let it simmer for a quick, delicious risotto.
