A savoury miso paste made from soya beans and brown rice. Miso is very popular in Japanese cookery and has many uses. Delicious as a seasoning base for soups, stir frys, dips and marinades. Genmai Miso has a rich flavour, and the rice gives it a slightly sweet taste.
