L-Theanine is a free-form amino acid found in Green tea that has been shown to support focus and help promote relaxation during times of stress and anxiety.  Unlike many relaxation products, this formula should not cause drowsiness. Can be taken at anytime of the day.

1 vegetarian capsule contains L-Theanine 200mg Green Tea Leaf 100mg Other Ingredients: vegetable cellulose capsule, cellulose and magnesium stearate.
