Korean Ginseng Root Extract contains ginseng, made from the root and the offshoots called root hairs.

There are several species of ginseng, all belonging to the botanical group called Panax. Ginseng includes both American ginseng and Korean, or Asian ginseng and only these types contain the active ingredient ginsenosides. American ginseng can be found throughout Northern America and is milder than Asian ginseng. Korean ginseng is also known as red or Asian ginseng and is the classic variant that has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine. 

Ginseng is believed to help improve concentration and supports energy and vitality.
