Directions

  1. Rinse and soak mung beans in water for 8–12 hours.

  2. Drain and rinse thoroughly.

  3. Leave to sprout in a jar or sprouter, rinsing twice daily.

  4. Harvest after 3–5 days once shoots reach desired length.

Store dried beans in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
