Organic chestnut honey is dark amber in liquid form and often golden-brown when crystallised. The dominant aroma of medium intensity and persistence. It is slightly sour and bitter and sometimes a little spicy.

Our raw organic honey, protected by the Galician Regulatory Council for Organic Agriculture, is obtained by cold centrifugation. It comes from a remote unspoiled mountainous area of Galicia,

Dominant pollen with values above 70%: Castanea sativa.
