This essential supplement is made from organic shiitake & oyster mushrooms, brimming with 3 natural forms of vitamin B12. It’s sourced from whole foods, so is more easily digested and absorbed by the body than standard isolated supplement forms. Plus, it benefits from many cofactors such as polysaccharides, folate, selenium and iodine.
