Directions

  • Soak mushrooms in warm water for 20–30 minutes to rehydrate.

  • Drain (reserve soaking liquid as a flavourful stock).

  • Slice and add to risottos, pasta, soups, stews, gravies, and sauces.

  • Also delicious in vegan, vegetarian, and meat-based dishes.
