Ingredients

Org Spirulina Powder (40%), Org Chlorella Powder (20%), Org Wheatgrass Powder (20%), Organic Barleygrass Powder (20%).

Directions

1-2 teaspoons a day with liquid or sprinkled into smoothies, soups or salads.

If you have never taken greens before, start off with 1/2 teaspoon a day and gradually increase the dosage.
