Psyllium husks are a form of soluble fibre, commonly used to help ease constipation as they help to soften the stools. Can also be used as a general digestive support or for aiding weight loss due to the feeling of fullness they create after using them. Try using them in bread-making and keto recipes.

100% psyllium husk

 Add 1-2 teaspoons to a large glass of water, be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Dosage can be increased gradually.
