Certified organic, Udo's Oil is a seed oil formulated to contains the perfect ratio of 2:1 of Omega 3 and 6. What's more, it's a rich vegan source of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. These essential fatty acids play a key role in many functions including heart, brain and vision health to help you look and feel amazing, inside and out.

It contains flaxseed oil which has twice the omega 3 of fish oils. Traditionally used in cooking across India and China, sesame oil is rich in omega 6 and vitamins A, B and E while sunflower seed oil, another great omega 6 source, enhances the Udo's Oil taste. It also features coconut oil of the very highest quality, evening primrose oil, soy lecithin, rice bran oil and tocotrienol. That’s a whole lot of omega goodness without a single whiff of fish.
