After cleansing the skin with your usual cleanser, dampen a cotton wool pad with ULTRAPURE Laboratories® Rose Water and Glycerine Toner. Gently apply to clean skin to remove any remaining makeup or to freshen up the skin, avoiding the eye area. For best results, use morning and evening as part of your skincare routine. Or, apply ULTRAPURE Laboratories® Rose Water and Glycerine onto the scalp using a cotton pad and massage for 10-15 minutes. Let it sit for another 30 minutes and wash off with shampoo.
