Van Toen Breathe Ointment is a natural balm based on various essential oils and is used to inhale through the nose. 

Inhaling vapours released by body heat or by adding ointment to hot water provides relief from the respiratory tract.To breathe more freely and have a soothing effect on the airways.

For vaping - dissolve 1 teaspoon in hot, not boiling, water several times a day. Inhale the released vapours for 10 to 15 minutes.

To rub: several times a day, also before going to sleep, rub into the chest, back and neck and cover warmly.
