This multivitamin and mineral formula has been specifically developed to support the nutritional needs of adults aged 65 and over. As we age, changes in the digestive system can affect how efficiently nutrients are absorbed. To address this, the formula includes digestive enzymes — amylase, lactase, lipase, and protease — along with betaine HCl, helping to support a healthy digestive environment and nutrient utilisation.

A comprehensive blend of B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 & B12), along with biotin, folic acid, and choline, plays an important role in overall wellbeing. These nutrients contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal psychological function, mental performance, energy-yielding metabolism, and the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems. They also support the maintenance of normal skin, vision, and red blood cells.

This formula contains vegan vitamin D, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth, muscle function, and immune function. Vitamin D is supported by vitamins A and C and zinc, working together to support bone and immune health. Vitamin D also contributes to reducing the risk of falls associated with postural instability and muscle weakness in older adults.

To further support bone and thyroid health, the formula includes vitamin K2, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, and selenium, which contributes to normal thyroid function.
